By design, SIBRS measures different aspects of crime than Summary UCR. Differences may exist between agency totals reported in SIBRS and agency totals reported in the annual Crime in Oklahoma UCR report (See Effects of NIBRS on Crime Statistics and NIBRS General FAQs).
