Agents Continue Search for Broken Arrow Man with Felony Warrants

Agents and law enforcement officers from Tulsa continue searching for Joshua Schneider (d.o.b. 3-12-1980). Agents attempted to pull over Schneider this afternoon in the area of 81st Street and U.S. 169 for two felony warrants. A pursuit ensued. That pursuit ended with Schneider eluding agents and officers in the area of 21st Street and U.S. 169. The silver Nissan 4-door sedan Schneider was driving at the time was found approximately two hours later near Garnet and Pine in northeast Tulsa. Schneider's 2-year-old daughter was inside the car alone. She was not harmed. Schneider and a female friend left the area on foot. Tulsa P.D. deployed its helicopter and search dogs but so far have been unable to locate the two.

Schneider is wanted on two felony warrants issued in Tulsa County. He is also wanted by OSBI for questioning in the homicide case of NSU Professor Tiffany Maher. The 40-year-old woman was found dead inside her Tahlequah home May 31st.

If anyone sees Schneider or knows where he can be located, they should call 911 or the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
