Picture of Cold Case Homicide Victim

Attached is a picture of Michael Smith who was shot and killed April 29, 2008, just outside his Erick home. OSBI agents arrested Gordon Splinter, II last night in Amarillo, Texas, for the homicide. A mugshot of Splinter was attached in an earlier release.
