OSBI Investigates Report of Buried Fetus in Delaware County

The West Siloam Springs Police Department requested OSBI assistance Monday evening with an investigation into a possible fetus being buried. This morning, OSBI agents began digging in the yard of 764 Serenity Drive where it was reported the fetus was buried. At this point, no remains have been discovered.
