Agents Arrest OKC Man for Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography

This morning, members of the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) and Computer Crimes Unit arrested Paul Anthony Kramp (d.o.b. 03/03/1954) at his residence, 3036 Cashion Place in Oklahoma City for possession of child pornography. The arrest was a result of a proactive case initiated by an ICAC taskforce member from the District 26 DA’s office. Investigators tracked Kramp’s internet activity to his residence. A search of a laptop found in Kramp’s home revealed more than 100 images containing child pornography. The laptop and additional computer-related items will undergo further forensic examination to determine if there are any local children in the images. Kramp was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail for Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
