OSBI Agents Arrest Holdenville Son, Mother, and Aunt

An undercover OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children investigation netted a Holdenville man this morning. OSBI agents arrested Billy Ray Blaylock (d.o.b. 12-29-1985) at 511 S. Hinckley in Holdenville where he lived with his mother. He was arrested on complaints of Possession of Child Pornography; Distribution of Child Pornography; Possession of Marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, park, or daycare; and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. His mother, Mary Ann Chronister (d.o.b. 9-8-1958), was also arrested at the same address. She was booked into the Hughes County jail for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute; Possession of Marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, park, or daycare; and Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute. Her sister, Billy’s aunt, was also arrested at the home. Lillian Faye Chronister (d.o.b 4-26-1961) was booked into jail for Possession of Marijuana with Intent and Possession of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony. This ICAC investigation originated with the Edmond Police Department, who turned it over to OSBI for jurisdictional reasons.
