Update on Beckham County Embezzlement Warrants

Ronnie West is now in custody at the Beckham County Jail. His daughter Sheila Elizondo has retained an attorney and agreed to turn herself in to authorities tomorrow. The warrant for her arrest has been pulled. Jean West is out of country at this time.
