Creek County Victim's Name Released

After making contact with the parents of the female victim who was found in her sports utility vehicle in Creek County Tuesday, the OSBI is now releasing the victim’s name. Leticia Melendez Reyes, 26, lived in Tulsa with her two young boys. Reyes’ parents are traveling from Mexico to begin working with child welfare authorities.

The medical examiner’s office continues to work on the cause and manner of death. In the meantime, OSBI agents and Creek County investigators are following leads to gain more information about Reyes and what may have led to her death.
