Agents Find Missing Texas Teen in Kay County, One Person Arrested

A 14-year-old Texas girl reported missing by her family March 7th has been found safe in Kay County, Oklahoma. The Office of the Attorney General in Texas requested OSBI assistance in helping Texas investigators find the Harris County girl. Investigators traced cell phone calls made to the girl’s phone to Earl Mullendore (d.o.b. 4-30-1957) of Braman. This afternoon, OSBI agents and Kay County deputies went to Mullendore's home at 6751 W. 60th Street and found the girl inside the residence. Mullendore was arrested on a complaint of harboring a runaway. The investigation into the relationship between Mullendore and the teenager is ongoing.
