Agents Investigate Homicide of Unidentified Woman in Creek County
Thursday afternoon, the Creek County Sheriff’s Office requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation assist with a homicide approximately 4 miles west of Sapulpa. People riding motorcycles in a field off 209th West Avenue about ¼ mile south of Highway 33 discovered the body of a deceased woman Thursday afternoon. Trauma to her body is consistent with a homicide.
The woman was clothed in a short sleeve, white t-shirt with a bicycle printed on it; denim jeans; and leather boots with fur around the top and rubber soles. The woman, who appears to be in her 30s, had a nicotine patch on her left shoulder. She was of average height and weight with sandy brown, long hair.
OSBI has taken fingerprints from the woman and will enter them in the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) for possible identification.
If anyone has information as to her identity or how she was killed, please contact the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-522-8017.
