Agents Investigate Death of 7-Month-Old Child in Pawnee County

Early Sunday morning, the Pawnee County District Attorney requested OSBI investigate the suspicious death of a 7-month-old Cleveland girl. Emmalee Thornhill’s father called 911 Saturday night to report that she was unresponsive. An ambulance was sent to the family’s home in the 800 block of S. Keystone Drive. Medical technicians transported Emmalee to a Cleveland hospital where she was pronounced dead.

OSBI agents have interviewed the girl’s parents and conducted an investigation of the scene. An autopsy will determine the child’s cause and manner of death.
