ICAC Agents Arrest Tulsa Man for Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography

Tuesday evening, January 31, 2012, members of the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children Unit arrested Matthew Bookout (dob: 11/02/1986) at the Tulsa County Jail on a felony warrant issued by the Tulsa County District Court. The warrant was for Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography and Distribution of Child Pornography. The arrest was the result of an OSBI undercover operation into the sharing of child pornography over the Internet. OSBI Agents and Tulsa Police served a warrant at Bookout’s residence, 8705 South Lakewood, in Tulsa. A search of the his computers revealed more than 100 images containing child pornography. No local child victims have been identified in the images. Bookout was booked into the Tulsa County Jail. Bond was set at $20,000.
