Agents Arrest Skiatook Man for Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography

December 12, 2011, OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children Unit agents arrested Terry Lee Tinsley, dob: 05/31/1968, of Skiatook, Oklahoma, on complaints of aggravated possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.  The arrest was a result of a proactive case initiated by an undercover OSBI agent into the distribution of child pornography.  Tinsley distributed child pornography images to the undercover agent on multiple occasions.  Agents tracked Tinsley’s Internet activity to a room him rented at the Taloga Motel, in Taloga, Oklahoma.  Agents seized a laptop computer containing more than 100 child pornography images and videos.  Agents booked Tinsley into the Dewey County Jail where bond was set at $40,000.  The investigation continues to determine if there are any local children in the images.
