Reward Offered in Wagoner County Shooting/Robbery Case

The OSBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who shot 73-year-old Kenneth Payne at a gun range in Wagoner County November 24th. The suspects also stole four firearms from Payne and his gun buggy. OSBI released a photo of one of the weapons stolen – a Mitchell Black Lightning .22 magnum rifle. Because this is an odd looking gun, agents are hopeful someone remembers seeing it recently.
