Agents Investigate Homicide in Schulter, Okmulgee County

The Okmulgee County Sheriff requested OSBI assistance in a homicide investigation Monday afternoon, October 31. At approximately 3:30 pm, a family member found Timothy Parenti (d.o.b. 5/2/1954) dead at his home located at 14455 Lavender Road in Schulter. Schulter is located between Henryetta and Okmulgee on State Highway 75. Earlier that day, a Buick LeSabre was found burned in Washita County near Burns Flat. Investigators determined that car belonged to Parenti. OSBI agents are working with the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office and the District Attorney's Office.
