Agents Help Investigate Johnston County Murder

This morning the Johnston County Sheriff's office requested OSBI assistance in a murder near Tishomingo. At approximately 8 o'clock this morning, a home healthcare worker found Carol Mowrer, 66, dead inside her home at 6409 Lake Estate Road about 2 miles west of Tishomingo. Agents believe she was murdered Tuesday.
 

Investigators are working to determine a motive. No arrests have been made.
