Person of Interest Sketch in Case of Missing Goldsby Man
OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt has sketched the likeness of a person of interest in the case of a Goldsby man missing for several months. Bill Wayne Shipley was last seen July 19th. His family reported him missing to the McClain County Sheriff’s Office. Since then, one of Shipley’s pickup trucks was found in a south Oklahoma City apartment complex parking lot. Investigators also found video of Shipley at a local drive-thru purchasing two drinks. The video shows a passenger in the vehicle, but you cannot make out that person.
As the case has progressed, sheriff’s investigators have found video surveillance of an unidentified man using Shipley’s credit card. This man is considered a person of interest. Please look at the sketch drawn by OSBI’s Forensic Artist. This drawing is a likeness of the individual. If you think you may recognize this man, please contact the McClain County Sheriff’s Office at 405-527-2141.
