Agents Search for Murder Suspect in Delaware County

An arrest warrant for first degree murder has been issued in Delaware County for Leonard Quallate (d.o.b. 12-32-54). OSBI agents and local law enforcement believe Quallate shot Gregory Scott Serage (w/f, d.o.b. 12-22-58) September 21st as she was helping move items from Quallate’s trailer in a rural area north of Jay. Serage died at the scene.

Quallate is 5’8” tall, weighs 156 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt.
