Agents Investigate Double Shooting in Coal County

The Coal County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI assistance in a double shooting in the town of Phillips just south of Coalgate. At approximately 12:30 this afternoon, a family member found Gary and Karla Hall inside their home suffering from gunshot wounds. Gary, 50, died at the scene. Karl, 47, was flown to a Tulsa hospital. No word on her condition at this time.

Agents and deputies are at the Hall’s home at 701 Fautt investigating the crime.
