Reward Offered in 1999 Adair County Murder Case

May 13, 1999, the body of 21-year-old Jennifer L. Taylor of Rogers, Arkansas, was found inside her burned out car in Adair County, Oklahoma. Authorities determined the car had been pushed off a bluff along the river off Chewey Road. The medical examiner’s autopsy revealed the young mother was shot two times.

Over the years, OSBI agents and Adair County sheriff’s deputies have identified possible suspects, but investigators need more evidence before they can make an arrest. Agents have always believed there were several witnesses to this crime. That’s why the OSBI is offering up to a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) involved in this murder.

If anyone has information on this case, contact the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017 or the OSBI Tahlequah Office directly at 1-918-456-0653.
