Seminole County Man Arrested for Oil Field Theft

The OSBI Oil Field Theft Unit opened an investigation earlier this month into missing oil field parts in the Seminole County area.  Over the past several weeks, agents investigated the complaint by Thompson Pump Supply in Seminole County.  Monday evening, OSBI agents arrested Clinton Walker (d.o.b. 12-16-61) for theft of oil field equipment.  Walker was a foreman for Thompson Pump Supply.  

Monday, agents served a search warrant on Walker’s home at 35731 E.W. 1160 and recovered up to $500,000 worth of stolen oil field parts and equipment including 72 downhole pumps worth thousands of dollars each.

Walker was booked into the Seminole County Jail. Bond was set at $225,000.
