Third Person Arrested in Coweta Murder Case

The wife of murder victim Arthur Burney was arrested this afternoon for solicitation of first degree murder in connection with her husband's homicide. Wagoner County deputies arrested Patricia Burney in Wagoner. OSBI agents believe this is the final arrest in the case. Burney is booked into the Wagoner County Jail with her 14-year-old daughter and the daughter's 17-year-old boyfriend. Arthur Burney was shot once in the head February 18th. His wife reported the death.
