Internet Crimes Against Children Activity

During the last several months, the Oklahoma ICAC Task Force has served 12 search warrants throughout the State.  The warrants were a result of proactive, undercover investigations by OSBI and Guthrie Police Task Force members.  The warrants were served in Comanche County, Payne County, Canadian County, and Tulsa County.  So far, four people have been arrested.  Two juveniles were also arrested, and those cases will be referred to juvenile services.  The remainder of the cases are pending arrests based on interviews and forensic examinations of the computer equipment.

In addition to OSBI Agents and Guthrie Police Officers, the following agencies assisted in the investigations: Lawton Police, Payne County Sheriff's Office, Canadian County Sheriff's Office, Yukon Police, El Reno Police, Broken Arrow Police, Jenks Police, and Tulsa Police.

Those arrested were:  Nathan Hoxsie, DOB: 01/22/1975, at 918 W. Freeman, Perkins, Oklahoma, on 01/26/2011.  He was booked into the Payne County Jail for Possession of Child Pornography.  Christopher Brown, DOB:  10/10/1973, was arrested at 913 Royal Lane, Yukon, Oklahoma, on 01/28/2011. He was booked into the Logan County Jail for Distribution of Child Pornography and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. Gilbert Limon, DOB: 11/15/1963, was arrested at 1200 Summerton Place, Yukon, Oklahoma, on 02/14/2011.  He was booked into the Canadian County Jail for three counts of Possession of Child Pornography and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.  John West, DOB: 05/18/1982, was arrested at 317 S. 191st East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, on 02/24/2011.  He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail for Possession of Child Pornography, four counts of Distribution of Child Pornography, and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
