OSBI Arrests Clinton Man for Child Porn

An on-going, proactive undercover investigation involving the distribution of child pornography has netted an arrest in Clinton.  OSBI agents, with the assistance of the Clinton P.D. and the Custer County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Estevan Franco (dob 3/10/1972) for Possession of Child Pornography and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act this morning at his home at 1819 Prairie Chief Avenue. He was booked into the Custer County Jail.

Agents seized several computer related items. At this time, there are no known local child victims.
