OSBI Searches for Murder Suspect

OSBI agents are searching for a man wanted in a summer murder in Logan County.  Abraham Russell was found dead in rural Logan County August 6th near Henney Road and Charter Oaks.

Russell died from a gunshot wound.  Days later, OSBI agents arrested Alejandro Cowns and Juan Garcia for the murder.  This afternoon a murder warrant was issued for a third suspect in the homicide – Oscar Edward Hernandez (dob 6/4/84) of Oklahoma City.

Hernandez has other warrants in Oklahoma County for possession of CDS with intent, possession of a firearm, possession of offensive weapon during the commission of a felony, and driving while license is suspended.
