Multi-County Theft Ring Stopped
OSBI Agents and Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Deputies shut down a multi-county theft ring at approximately 4 o’clock this morning when an OSBI trailer was stolen. That trailer was under surveillance at the time it was stolen by Michael Ketchum, 35.
After his arrest, authorities served a search warrant on his property north of McAlester. There, agents and deputies discovered items believed to be stolen from as many as three Oklahoma counties including 4 wheelers and vehicles. The theft ring spanned Seminole, Pittsburg, and Canadian Counties.
Ketchum was arrested for stealing the trailer as well as manufacturing meth. He was been booked into the Pittsburg County Jail.
