Logan County Victim Identified, 2nd Suspect Arrested
The U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force located and arrested the second suspect in last week’s murder in Logan County. Twenty-year-old Juan Bernardo Garcia was arrested at a home in the 2400 block of S. The identity of the homicide victim was also confirmed today by OSBI as 24-year-old Abraham Russell of Oklahoma City. As stated in a previous release today, OSBI agents located the victim’s pickup truck at 5701 S. May Avenue on the north side of the Trinity Lutheran Church about 11 o’clock last night.
Russell’s body was discovered last Friday in a ditch in rural Logan County. He died of a gunshot wound.
