Sketch Released on Logan County Murder Victim and Arrest Made

OSBI Interim Director and Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt has drawn a sketch from pictures of the unidentified murder victim found in rural Logan County Friday, August 6th.  OSBI hopes someone will recognize him.  He was 5’3” tall, weighed 165 pounds, with short dark hair.  The medical examiner’s office believes he was in his 20s.  

This morning at 5 o’clock OSBI agents arrested Alejandro Manuel Cowns at his home, 1440 S.W. 65th St, in Oklahoma City for this murder.  Cowns (d.o.b. 10-10-88) was booked into the Logan County Jail on a complaint of murder in the first degree.  More arrests are expected.
