Searching for Evidence in Logan County Murder

The OSBI is asking anyone who was given or sold items by any of the four suspects in the murder case involving Charles Dutton over the weekend to please come forward. “We believe items taken from the victim’s Logan County home could have been given or sold to citizens.  Those items are now considered evidence,” Jessica Brown, OSBI PIO, says.

If anyone has items or has knowledge where law enforcement can find such items, they should come forward immediately by calling 911.  If someone is caught with property given or sold to them by the suspects since early Friday (7/30), they could face criminal charges including possession of stolen property and/or obstructing justice.

Sorry, OSBI cannot release what items were stolen from Dutton’s home.
