OSBI Searching for Writer of Several Bogus Checks

The OSBI is investigating several bogus check cases in both Grady and Custer Counties where the same suspect is writing the checks.  The half dozen checks were passed at grocery stores and a number of gas stations between the two counties including in Weatherford and Chickasha.

OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt has completed a sketch of a man passing the bogus checks.  The man is described as a white male, about 67 years old who stands between 5’7” and 5’10”.  He weighs approximately 170 pounds and has grey short hair with a medium complexion.  He was last seen wearing jeans, a long sleeve shirt, work boots, and a baseball cap. The suspect is possibly driving a white extended cab newer model Chevrolet pickup truck.
