Anniversary Approaches on Langley Murder Case
Three years ago tomorrow (6/17/2007), 73-year-old Rosemary Wolfe was found shot to death inside her Langley home by her husband. The Medical Examiner’s Office ruled she died of several gunshot wounds. The Mayes County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI help investigate the death. Since then, agents have conducted numerous interviews and collected evidence in the case.
Investigators believe they know what happened to Ms. Wolfe. However, they need a few more pieces of evidence/information in order to resolve the case. OSBI hopes someone with that information will come forward to help solve the case and allow her family some peace. Since her death happened on Father’s Day – that day is an especially difficult one.
Wolfe’s family is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for her death.
If anyone has any information on this case, please call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
