Missing & Endangered Child

Officials in northwest Oklahoma including the OSBI are desperately searching for an 18-year-old woman with a mental capacity of a 4^th grade child.  Rebecca Skipper was last seen at her Elmwood home in Beaver County Wednesday evening.  Rebecca has a seizure disorder that requires medication twice daily. 

Rebecca was last seen wearing a rainbow striped shirt, long red shorts and pink flip flop shoes.  She is 5’4” tall, weighs 170 lbs, and has brown hair and eyes.  She has a very noticeable rash on her neck and a 6 inch scar on her left side from a kidney removal 10 years ago.
