Arrest Made in Bugtussle Murder

Saturday, March 17^th, Todd Eugene Rich, was found dead along a dirt road in Pittsburg County near the community of Bugtussle.  Rich, 42, had been beaten and his throat slashed.  Rich was trucker driver from California.

Through investigative means, agents found a witness who helped identify a suspect.  Tuesday, March 27^th, Clint Baker, 31, was charged with first degree murder out of Pittsburg County.  The Texas native was arrested on that warrant near Rock Springs, Wyoming, by state police.  Baker is fighting extradition back to Oklahoma.

OSBI investigators are in Wyoming collecting evidence.
