OSBI Seeks Public's Help In Stroud Shooting

 OSBI agents need the public’s help concerning the shooting of 51-year-old Pam Yarborough on Monday, March 19.  Anyone driving 3 to 4 miles south of Stroud on State Highway 99 between 5 and 6 o’clock in the morning on Monday, please call authorities with any information on what they may have seen.  In particular, agents are searching for information on a purple colored PT cruiser in the area, a person lying in the roadway, and a person walking along the highway. Agents did arrest Yarborough’s former boyfriend, James Sargent, for Shooting with Intent to Kill and violation of a victim protection order.  He has been booked into the Lincoln County Jail.
