Officials Need Public’s Help in Homicide Case

A motel maid found Karen Faye Winans dead inside a room at the Western Capri Motel Sunday, February 4^th.  The Sapulpa Police Department called in OSBI for investigative help.  Since then, agents and officers have run out dozens of leads to no avail.

OSBI needs the public’s help in determining who Winans was with hours before her murder.  If anyone believes they saw her the weekend of her death, please contact either the Sapulpa Police Department at 918-224-3862 or the call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
