Press Conference Reminder on Skull Reconstruction

You are invited to attend a press conference at OSBI headquarters at 1:30 this afternoon regarding the reconstruction of a skull by OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt.  The skull was found in Kiowa County a year ago. 

Pratt will be available to discuss new techniques he is using to reconstruct skulls of unidentified individuals.  These techniques, including reconstructing the skull in different weight classes, are unique.  Photographs of the different stages of weight will be available for videotaping and will be posted on the OSBI website at www.osbi.state.ok.us after the press conference.

Public Information Officer Jessica Brown will answer questions surrounding the criminal circumstances of the skull and its possible relationship to other prostitute homicides in the Lawton area.
