OSBI Needs Help Identifying Found Skull

Media is invited to attend a press conference at OSBI headquarters Monday, August 7^th, at 1:30 p.m.  At the conference, nationally renowned forensic artist Harvey Pratt will exhibit the skull of an unidentified woman he has reconstruction with clay.  A farmer in Kiowa County discovered the skull last July.

Pratt is using new techniques in skull reconstruction that he believes will help give the public a better chance to identify the victim.  He will discuss those techniques during the afternoon conference.
