Arrest Made in Guymon Homicide

Saturday morning, July 15^th, Steve Dodgion was shot and killed inside the Spa Club. The 33-year-old was the co-owner of that nightclub.

Monday morning, July 17^th, OSBI and Guymon Police arrested 37-year-old Eric Kelley for first-degree murder.  He is booked into the Guymon City Jail.

Investigators believe after an argument with the victim at the bar, Kelley drove home, grabbed a shotgun, returned to the bar, and opened fire.

Kelley was also injured with deep lacerations to his head and an arm.  He was taken to the Guymon hospital and underwent surgery.  Kelley was released from the hospita Monday morning and escorted to the police department by Guymon officers.
