Charges Filed in Murder Case

Through the Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office, OSBI has filed a first -degree murder charge against 20-year-old Jay Davis for the death of Curtis Stanley.

Nineteen-year-old Stanley was reported missing May 14^th.  He was last seen in Enid.  Weeks later Davis was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for possessing Stanley’s 1995 Pontiac Firebird.  Davis was arrested and booked into the Alfalfa County Jail.

Wednesday, May 31^st, the murder charge against Davis was filed.
