OSBI Agent Up For AMW Award

OSBI Special Agent Chad Dansby has been nominated to America’s Most Wanted All-Stars program by the family of a homicide victim in Broken Bow. 

 November 2003, Robin Brewer finished her manager's shift at the local Sonic.  On her way home, she was to deposit the day's earnings.  As she was getting inside her pickup truck in the Sonic parking lot, Eric Blandon walked up to her and shot her in the back of the head and several more times throughout her body.  Blandon then stole the deposit money.

 In less than 24 hours, Agent Dansby and his partner, Cliff Fielding, had arrested Blandon. Agent Dansby went out of his way to solve the brutal murder case quickly and helped the victim's family through the confusing judicial process.

          Blandon was convicted on a complaint of first- degree murder.  He pleaded guilty in front of a judge in exchange for a life sentence.
