Missing Hollis Teenager Identified
A 14-year-old girl missing from her Hollis home since September 25th has been identified. A search party found Marina Rodriguez’s body Saturday afternoon a few blocks from her home. The state medical examiner has made the positive identification and determined the cause of death to be suffocation. Marina was identified through physical characteristics.
OSBI and Hollis Police are searching for Francisco Rogel -- the last person known to have seen Marina alive. Rogel is a Hispanic male who stands 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds, and is in his late 30s. He is from Mexico and possibly has left Oklahoma for that country or Amarillo, Texas, where family members live. Rogel may have cut his hair and shaved his mustache. OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt has released a photo retouch of what Rogel may now look like. Officials consider Rogel a person of interest.
If anyone has information as to Rogel’s whereabouts, please contact the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
