Warrant Issued in Hollis Homicide

OSBI has issued an arrest warrant for Francisco Rogel as a material witness to a homicide.  Agents believe the 32-year-old man can provide valuable information as to what happened to 14-year-old Marina Rodriguez.

Marina was reported missing from her Hollis home September 25^th.  Her body was found weeks later a few blocks away.  The medical examiner has ruled her death a homicide.

Investigators believe Rogel was the last person to have seen Marina.  Rogel is a Mexican male, who stands 5’11” tall, weighs 180 pounds and has a medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes.   You can find a photograph of Rogel on the OSBI website at www.osbi.ok.gov.  On that site is also an alteration to show Rogel with less hair and without his mustache.
