Ryan L. Porter
Supervisor - Biology Unit
Ryan Porter began his career with the OSBI in the criminal history unit while still in college at the University of Central Oklahoma.
 

Terrance A. Higgs
Supervisor - Firearms and Tool marks unit
A graduate of Harding University in Search, Ark., in 1988, Terrance Higgs began a criminalist supervisor in 2004.
 

Jim Stokes
Supervisor - Latent Evidence
Jim Stokes joined the OSBI in 1995 where he processed crime scenes and evidence for latent prints.
 

M. Paul Wallace
Supervisor - Toxicology
M. Paul Wallace began his career at the OSBI 18 years ago after graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1984


Doug Perkins
Supervisor - Trace Evidence
Doug Perkins graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford and the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory in Oceans Springs, Miss.
 

Kevin L Kramer
Supervisor - Drug Unit
He has performed scientific analysis on suspected controlled dangerous substances and testified in court as an expert witness.
 

J.D. Lindstrom
Supervisor - Combined DNA Index System
J.D. Lindstrom is the administrator over the state’s DNA CODIS Database and supervisor of the OSBI’s CODIS unit.
