The Northeastern Regional Laboratory is located in Tahlequah.  Operating hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with the exception of state holidays.  If after hours assistance is required, please call the number listed on this page or (405) 848 - 6724 or1-800-522-8017 if outside Oklahoma City, and assistance will be provided.

The Northeastern Regional Lab provides forensic biology and controlled substance identification services to the northeastern counties of Oklahoma.
