Reciprocity  - States That Honor Oklahoma Conceal Carry Licenses

The states listed below have honored Oklahoma's Conceal Carry Permit, however; each state regulates firearms law differently and there is no obligation for one state to inform another of any changes to its law; therefore, we suggest that you verify this information prior to travel.  In an effort to make this process more convenient, links for each of these states have been provided for you to check the status of reciprocity and proper conceal carry procedure with each state through which you may be traveling prior to your departure.

Concealed Carry Licenses Honored by Oklahoma

Per Oklahoma Title 21 § 1290.26, the State of Oklahoma "recognizes any valid concealed carry weapons permit or license issued by another state.  The license must be issued by the state and must be carried fully concealed from detection and view..."  (SDA Law Book, Nov. 2007).  To read the entire statute, click here.
