Welcome to the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long Term Care Administrators Online License Renewal.

This site was created to give Long Term Care Administrators the opportunity to renew their licenses online. Upon completion of the online renewal process, you will receive a confirmation receipt to print for your records. This confirmation receipt will serve as verification that you have submitted your license renewal online. You have until 12:00 midnight on December 31 to renew your license for the next licensing year. If you fail to renew your license by this time/date, as of 12:01 a.m. January 1, you have no license and can no longer serve in the capacity of a licensed administrator in the State of Oklahoma.

  • Active - $200 + $4.75 Convenience Fee
  • Inactive - $200 + $4.75 Convenience Fee

  • Individuals Ineligible to Renew Online:

    A licensee who is not in good standing with the Board will not be permitted to renew his/her license. These individuals have been locked out from the online renewal process. If you have attempted to renew your license using this web-based application process, only to find you are unable to proceed, please telephone the Board offices at (405) 522-1616 to find out what is preventing you from license renewal.
