This site was created for Long Term Care Administrators to renew their licenses online. Upon completion of the online renewal process, you will receive a confirmation receipt to print for your records. This confirmation receipt will serve as verification that you have submitted your license renewal online. You have until 12:00 midnight on December 31 to renew your license for the next licensing year. If you fail to renew your license by this time/date, as of 12:01 a.m. January 1, you have no license and can no longer serve in the capacity of a licensed administrator in the State of Oklahoma.
