Who Can Renew Online?
All Long Term Care Administrators may use the online renewal system to renew their licenses. The only exceptions are the following:
  • Administrators with lapsed, suspended, or revoked licenses
  • Administrators who have been notified by the Oklahoma Tax Commission of non-compliance with state income tax laws and have not resolved this with the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
  • Administrators who owe fines and penalties.
When should I renew my license?
Licensure begins around November 1st. Your license must be renewed by December 31st at 12:00pm.
 
How can I verify that I submitted my renewal prior to my expiration date?
Upon completion of the online renewal process, you will receive a confirmation receipt to print for your records. This confirmation receipt will serve as verification that you submitted your license renewal online. You will also be able to print your Annual Card.
 
What documents do I need to have when I renew?
When you log on to renew your license, please have available your annual card. In addition, you will need to refer to your credit card or bank account information. If using a credit card, you will also need the security code shown on your card. If using a checking account, you will also need the routing number shown on your check.
 
Can I reactivate my license online?
No. You need to contact OSBELTCA to change your license from an inactive status to an active status.
 
I forgot my password, what do I do?
You may reset your password at any time online. On the License Renewal login page, there is link to Forgot Password. Click on this link and you will be prompted to enter your email address. An email will be sent that provides a link to answer your security questions and reset your password.
 
I cannot renew online because I am not in compliance with the tax commission, what do I do?
Contact OSBELTCA and you will be instructed how to remedy this situation.
 
I have let my license lapse, what do I do?
You must contact OSBELTCA Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at (405) 522-1616 or
