Voluntary Payroll Deduction Program

Through the state Voluntary Payroll Deduction Program, state employees may have employee association dues, contributions to employee association foundations, credit union payments, bank payments, savings association payments, contributions to the College Savings Plan, supplemental insurance premiums, supplemental retirement plan payments, and subscription fees to Oklahoma Today Magazine automatically deducted from their paychecks. Oklahoma Statutes prescribe the requirements that organizations must meet to participate in the VPD program. In addition, the OPM Administrator has adopted administrative rules to further implement the program. OPM also maintains a list of organizations approved for payroll deductions through the State VPD Program. To apply for VPD status, please complete and submit a VPD-1 form.
