WORKSHOP OVERVIEW:
Understanding the source, design, and intent of policy statements in public agencies is a critical skill for middle and upper public sector managers. This course defines public policy, demonstrates how it is written, provides the participants with an opportunity to critique example policies, and involves the participants in the process of preparing policy.
