Who We Are
Members of the Human Resource Development Services (HRDS) Team assess the supervisory and managerial training and development needs of state employees and develop and administer training courses and developmental activities to meet those needs. Team members also coordinate efforts among state agencies to share training and educational resources.

Products and Services We Provide
Members of the HRDS Team offer workshops during each Fall and Spring, and assist state agencies in arranging for off-season training and development activities. Team members also administer the Certified Public Manager Program, Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) and Quality Oklahoma.
